2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges (resume generations, exports)
  • Subscriptions after the 7-day trial period
  • Partial months of service
  • User-generated content or resumes created
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after payment
  • Refunds due to user error or misunderstanding of features

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

4. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bank Processing: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Account Access: Once a refund is processed, your account access will be revoked immediately.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in your billing period.

Data Retention: Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
